While we strive for our own optimum health through eating raw food, there are people
around the world who are hungry. Many fine organizations help the poor and needy.
We have personal knowledge of the following two charities doing a wonderful job of helping
the hungry and those in desperate need.
In Touch Missions International
They have missionaries in various
places around the world. They may be contacted at www.intouchmission.org or 480-968-4100.
They have a fairly new outreach to the homeless in Poznan, Poland called Bread of Life.
They are currently helping about 80 people in the bitter, cold winter weather. They provide Bible
studies, food, clothes, English lessons, and haircuts. Their outreach is very practical and is
truly helping the homeless become a productive part of society again.

African Children's Missions
They have a tremendous
ministry feeding and educating some of the poorest children in Africa. They may be reached
at www.acm-ea.com or Email: mdaniel@utlonline.co.ug. Their food program feeds about 1400 children.
They have a school for the younger children and apprentice programs, teaching practical technical
skills, for the older children.

We encourage people to help the poor and those less fortunate. Acts 20:25 (NAS) tells us, Remember the words of the Lord Jesus, that He Himself said, "It is more blessed to give than to receive." These two organizations are making a positive impact in people's lives. Helping these organizations would bless many people, including you.
