CRANBERRY SALAD
time: 20 minutes                                               

In a blender, add:
    1    cup cranberries
    1    cup dates, pitted and soaked in 2 cups of water
          for 10 minutes, strain and discard water
    1    teaspoon allspice
    2    teaspoons cinnamon
    1    teaspoon ground cloves
    2    teaspoons coco butter


Blend together well.

In a separate bowl, add.
    2    pears, cored and chopped
    2    apples, cored and chopped
    1    cup pineapple, chopped
    ½   cup raisins

Pour blender contents over fruit and mix well. Great to serve at Thanksgiving and Christmas dinners.
